Toutle seems to think Asher VanHoof's stock value is much higher than what the Waves did. Earlier today the Lynx signed VanHoof, who just days ago was released by the West Coast Waves in favor of signing Austin Gillum.
VanHoof is not active for JAL 14, but is set to make his rookie season debut in JAL 15. He was signed to a league HS contract, is 16 years old and goes to Toutle high school.
At this time the Lynx are reportedly close to signing a third player to their roster. Right now fielder, Stephen Todd is the only man aboard the team's active roster for JAL 14 which is just days away on Sunday.
