Yesterday the Waves officially joined the league, and today they've got their first roster spot filled.
The team and rookie Asher VanHoof have agreed to a high school contract. VanHoof is going into his junior year at Toutle Lake high school.
Owner Anthony Nusbaum says VanHoof will play the field for the team.
