Storm Make Late Sign of Sullivan Carter

Rookie player Sullivan Carter has been signed to the Storm on a minimum deal. Franchise owner Kyle Koopman said Carter will bat for the team, which now has a full 4-man roster.

Carter is on his early 20's and his baseball background is relatively unknown, though based on his athleticism nobody is calling this a "bad move" by the team.
