After this season the league's current CBA (rules about contracts, roster size, etc.) expires, which means it's time for a new one!
Over the last few days, the JAL commissioners have been drafting up the new CBA and earlier today it was finalized. Within the incoming new CBA there are several cool new rules changes. Below is a look at the 3-page document.
