The Cobras and Bambinos have agreed to a trade sending Lucas Myers to the Bambinos in return for the Bambinos JAL 19 Stock Check. Myers, a veteran batter and pitcher, has 2 seasons left on a $51/3-season contract he signed with the Cobras prior to JAL 16. The Bambinos say they wanted Myers because he can provide another relief pitching option behind Colton Titus.
As for the Cobras, team owner Drew Delucchi said Myers was no longer needed because the Cobras intend to sign either a new rookie or free agent batter this offseason.
