JAL 17 is quickly approaching (Opening Day Dec. 23rd) and one of the biggest pre-season questions is always, who will win Outstanding Rookie?
So far this offseason 6/12 different teams have signed at least one rookie, and while there's obviously lots of time for more to potentially be signed, here's a look at 5 rookie players who've been given the best odds to win the award.
